We are adding a new weekly access mini-course to our Red Sea Recovery curriculum.
This course will be call the Red Sea Wrap-Up. This is just a quick and easy way to assess on a weekly basis the "temperature" of your recovery and set at least one focus for the upcoming week.
It is so important to Honestly Always Be Evaluating your recovery processes, thus the hokey Honest ABE title :) This is just a small piece of a concentrated focus in 2023 to provide daily and weekly prompts to evaluate your recovery.
