The Serenity Prayer: Eight Themes to Apply in Recovery

The Serenity Prayer, authored by theologian Reinhold Niebuhr, is a short yet powerful petition for peace and wisdom.  This prayer is a profound call for inner peace and discernment, recognizing the necessity of accepting life's inherent challenges while also seeking the courage to make positive changes where possible.

This course explores eight themes that we found in this fairly short, but powerful prayer.  We decided to put this into an individual course to give small, actionable nuggets of recovery truth that anyone can apply regardless of whether you are new to recovery or a seasoned swimmer in your Red Sea.  We hope you enjoy it!
