Mini Courses
All swimmers at Red Sea have full and free access to our mini courses. They are bite-sized versions of many of the full courses we offer at Red Sea Academy. But just because we call them "mini", it doesn't mean that there isn't a lot of practical recovery material in there. The good part about these is that if you take a mini-course and want to move on to the full course, it's just a click away. You usually don't earn points or certificates with the mini courses, but it's a good way to get started with our recovery resources, and then "graduate" up when you are ready. Here's an example.
Monthly Challenges **Coming Soon**
Every month we will also offer a Monthly Challenge that is free for any swimmer to access. This is a monthly recovery challenge focused on a particular recovery concept, step, or spiritual marker here at Red Sea Recovery. The great part about this is that everyone will be starting and stopping this challenge at the same time. This allows for everyone to be moving at the same pace at the same time throughout the month, making it easier for you to communicate with each other in meaningful ways. If you miss the start deadline on these, you'll just have to catch the next month's challenge. There are Process Actions you can submit with each of these, as well as at least one live online event.
Academy Curriculum
The Academy Curriculum gives you access to courses on the Core Recovery Concepts and Spiritual Markers that make up the foundation for recovery at Red Sea. These are self-paced lessons covering the concepts, markers, and steps that we utilize and reference in our Recovery Night Experiences. Points, Badges, and Certificates are available for lesson completions. While these are required to be completed by Leaders, Coordinators, Facilitators, Stage Coaches, and Recovery Island applicants, they are optional to swimmers, and always available 24/7 with an Academy Membership.
Individual Courses
Individual Courses are structured explorations that focus more on how to apply the concepts and markers into your life and your recovery. These are in-depth recovery courses that combine different recovery concepts and process strategies into step-by-step blueprints to maximize your results in recovery. Points, Badges, and Certificates are also available for Individual Course lesson completions. Process Projects and Action Items are a part of most courses at Red Sea Recovery. These are also self-paced and many also have a dedicated "Study Hall" Community provided. Here's an example:
Group Courses **Coming Soon**
We will handle the most intensive portions of our recovery training in the form of group courses. Group courses are led by a coach and in-person whenever possible. These courses require a commitment of time and money. Why do we ask for a commitment of time and money? The answer is really pretty simple. As far as time goes, it takes a once a week commitment for 6-9 months to effectively cover the information you need to transform your life with this information.
As far as money goes, we have found that people pay attention to what they pay for. You will not get the transformation if you quit before reaching the finish line. A monetary investment helps to keep you in the race. The costs vary according to the type of course, whether you are sponsored by a Red Sea Organization, and your membership level, but it can range from free to a few hundred dollars.
